Subscription Cancellation
● You can cancel your chosen product subscription plan at any time. To initiate a cancellation, please chat with Stuti or email us at support@skinkraft.com. We will process your request within 48 hours, and you will not be charged for future payments. You will also be eligible for a 100% refund (please refer to the “Refund” section below for more details).
Order Cancellation
● Before Shipping: You can cancel your orders by visiting our website, logging into your account, navigating to “My Subscription Details,” and selecting the order number from your “Order History.” Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team by chatting with Stuti or emailing us at support@skinkraft.com. Our usual response time is less than 48 hours.
● After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel after shipping, please reject the shipment upon delivery. If you have already made the payment, reach out to customer support, and we will process your refund.

Refund Eligibility
● Within 30 Days: Any refund request made within 30 days of your order will be eligible for a 100% refund.
● After 30 Days: Refunds requested after 30 days will be processed only for the remaining duration of your subscription, in accordance with our AKUA Fair Use Policy.
Refund Processing
● Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reversal of credits.
● Cash on Delivery Orders: A payout link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number. You will need to provide your bank account details for the refund to be processed.
