1. Order Status & Tracking
● All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary due to factors such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and order packing.
● An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.
● If no one is available to receive the package, additional re-delivery charges may apply. To facilitate delivery, please provide your contact number at checkout so the courier can reach you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.
